• Visit the properties. You can go on your own or you can give us a call and let a licensed real estate agent drive you to view the properties you are interested in. Remember, we know Austin, and we know apartment rentals!
• Name Homepowered as the referrer on your Lease Application and Lease Agreement. In the space that asks "How did you hear about us?" fill in Homepowered. You MUST do this to claim your Reward!
• Once you have decided on an apartment, and signed a lease, come back to our site and CLAIM YOUR Reward!

FAQ's about our Reward Program

Q. Are rewards avaialable for all the rental properties found on your site?
A.No, only apartment rentals are eligible for rewards.

Q. Can I register after I find an apartment and still claim a reward?
A.No, you must be registered before you visit the properties and make your choice to claim your reward.

Q.How is the reward calculated?
A.Our rewards are calculated using the following:

• If an apartment community pays a referral fee of 51% or more then the reward is as follows
  • Rent between $401 and $599 = $50 Reward
  • Rent between $600 and $799 = $75 Reward
  • Rent between $800 and $999= $100 Reward
  • Rent between $1000 and $1199 = $125 Reward
  • Rent between $1200 and $1499 = $150 Reward
  • Rent greater than $1500 = $200 Reward
• We cannot offer rewards for apartment communities that offer less than a 50% referral fee or for apartments that rent for $400 or less a month.
• We cannot offer rewards for house, condo or duplex rentals.
